E&A Engineers, Inc. is a multi-discipline group of engineers. We offer consulting services for residential, commercial, educational, high-rise, medical, and governmental facilities. E&A Engineers principals have over 50 years of experience in the project management and design of building structures of various complexities. The diversity ranges from house alterations to sophisticated industrial structures, bridges, and high- rise buildings.

Among the clients are engineers, architects, owners, builders, developers, and governmental agencies. Our clients include Ellerbe Becket, The Ralph Parson Company, Keiwet Pacific, In-N-Out Burgers, the County of Los Angeles, the Government of Guam, the Veterans Administration, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Air Force.

E&A Engineers, Inc. has provided services as either a prime consultant or an engineering consultant. We have partnered with companies such as Ellerbe Becket, The Ralph Parsons Company, TRS & Associates, DEV & Associates, Gensler, and other notable architects, engineers, and contractors.

We have offices in California, Guam, Saipan, and Manila. Our California office was incorporated in 1986, while our Guam office was established in 1991. The Saipan and Manila offices were established in 1995.

E&A Engineers, Inc. is fully computer-automated. Computer automation enables our offices to share resources via modem, allowing engineering production and CAD production in one office to be transmitted instantaneously to another office.
