Mr. Acabado has over 20 years of experience in project management, encompassing the design and construction of structures of various complexities, including dwelling units, commercial, educational, industrial, bridges, high-rise buildings, governmental, and airport facilities.
Mr. Acabado has worked as a senior civil and structural engineer for five years with DEV and Associates. He has also worked as a civil/structural engineer for the US Navy and the US Air Force, serving a total of 10 years. Mr. Acabado joined Mr. Evangelista in 1991 and organized the E&A Engineers’ operations in Guam.
He is a registered professional civil engineer (PE) in Guam and Wisconsin. He is also a registered professional civil engineer in the Philippines.
